Hardware Nintendo New 3DS XL change Faceplates?

Hey guys, is there a way or tutorial to change the Face plates? On google I found products wherr you can use it for the n3ds and n3ds xl. I didn't found any tutorials

Thats only for N3DS he asked for N3DS XL

I didn't saw one for the XL yet.

I didn't saw one for the XL yet.

Pretty sure you haven't seen one is because there isn't a simple way to swap the shell on a n3DS XL. They weren't designed with customization in mind.

Only for regular size N3DS (not XL).

Each console has its own advantages and disadvantages, you should of considered those factors before purchase. Customisation or Bigger Screen.

I just buy a crystal hardcase from nintendo and build a template with Adobe illustration. Make it on paper and put it behind the case, top and bottom.

Of course paintings and stickers are possible. But it's just stupid Nintendo has us choose between convenience and look. The same way the only beautiful Wii U (the white one -that's my opinion-) is the one with the ridiculous storage, and the ugly one (the black one -still my opinion-) has a more reasonable storage. Just why ? Why can't we choose our storage and our color for the Wii U ? Why can't we choose the size and the faceplate for the New 3DS ?

sure, nintendo i think has 'always' had replacement battery covers for their devices online for sale, but still they are not replaceable faceplates, the big3ds just doesn't have them

probably they didn't think they had much profit or didn't wanted to invest..
i don't see it as a big deal anyway.. probably you can stamp it if you really wanted to..
