Gaming Nintendo mp3 Player Rom Help

I'm trying to get the Nintendo mp3 Player rom (#2633) to work with my M3 but I'm not sure how.It just sticks on the health and safety warning screen.Any suggestions?

That won't work on a flashcart. Use Moonshell or Lick's Media Player.
