Unless Nintendo is looking to get into the porn business I don't see what they think they will gain from doing this lol. Also, these might be protected under fair use if they are considered parodies, so it may be a legal grey area for them to even do this.

Fun fact, before nintendo decided to do video games, they were associated with porn or brothels in early 1970.
