Another Indie World Showcase is on the way. Nintendo has announced that an Indie World Showcase will take place tomorrow, where we'll see 20 minutes of indies headed to the Nintendo Switch. It'll go live on Nintendo's officlal site, or on their YouTube or Twitch, at 9am PT/5pm BST.

Nintendo making $1.3 Billion off animal crossing is keeping them afloat while they trickle out this trash

instead of giving is Wind Waker HD and Twilight Princess HD together in a pack

while we wait for Breath of the Wild 2, for the likes of which we haven't seen or heard anything ever again since last year's teaser trailer

i'm pretty much giving up any hopes of Bayonetta 3 and Metroid Prime 4 ever being released

they've wasted our time with Pikmin 3 Deluxe instead of Pikmin 4

still no Mario Kart 9

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe should have at least had Inklings from Splatoon 2, instead of Splatoon 1.

Oh, and the Metroid Prime Trilogy HD would have been nice to have while we wait for the inevitable Metroid Prime 4 cancellation.

Nintendo should just pull a Microsoft and make the Wii U digital library compatable with the switch. I think it is a waste of time remastering Wii U games when they are already available digitally I don't think that should be too complex. The switch and Wii U are like brothers it shouldn't be that difficult to convert it.

For the Indie games I may get hate for this but it is a kind gesture but most of these Indie games should just be on the apple/play store. Most of those games look like NES/SNES games I haven't really seen a high quality indie game in a while and most of them kinda look very similar, My favorite pet peeve about the indie games are the spaceship shooter ones they look more like knockoffs from Blazing Star from the NEO GEO. But then again maybe there is a thriving audience for Indie games. I just cant see people spending $200/$300 on hardware to play a SNES/NES like Indie game.

I will give them credit for making amazing game covers because they put more effort into the cover art than the actual game. You will never image a cool looking game like this would end up being a knock off Blazing Star NEO Geo game.

Maybe, but at the very least they're honestly quite alot of fun and are actually completed compared to broken and boring triple AAA Call of Duty and Fortnite clones that look all similar to each other.

porting from one system to a slightly more powerful one is one thing, but you're basically asking for Wii U emulation Switch, which frankly just isn't technically archievable on the Switch
