Nintendo...I don't believe you send me this.

    So I send them mail if they could repair my second Wii with broken laser...and guess what! They send me this:

    Guess from where I got this message!

    WHAT THE HELL? Do I need to contact them TWICE? [​IMG]

    hmm, my gf's DS hinge broke, and I didn't even contact Nintendo, I just mailed it right away. After about 2 weeks: New DS in the mail. So why bother with bureaucratic back-and-forth mailing?

    My Wii has no warranty and I tried to know how many would it cost.

    They use automated messages... so yes, you'll need to do it twice.

    It says on the Nintendo site- it's either £55 or £75 for a broken laser.
