Faces of death. In drivers ed, back in the late 90’s, we would watch Red Asphalt. It was also a “documentary” about what a car crash scene might look like. I’ll never forget the part when the officer was scraping brains off the asphalt into a plastic bag. I can only imagine the parental reactions if it was shown now.

I’ve heard of driver’s ed movies like this. I didn’t realize they were doing it as recently as the late ‘90s though. Holy crap.

Off-topic question but do you feel that scaring the shit out of you helped drill into your head to be a safe driver or would you be better off not seeing that?
