Extremely slow week, one game worth playing on the DS but a couple worth playing on the Wii.

I'm apologise for the Forever Blue jokes in advance.

<!--coloro:#483D8B--><span style="color:#483D8B"><!--/coloro--><u><b>Read to know when a game could be dumped:</b></u>
These dates are what retailers say is out unless stated otherwise, sometimes they <b>make </b>dates up for pre-ordering purposes so not all can be trusted. These dates could also be <b>"shipping dates"</b> which usually means that that's the date when games get <b>shipped </b>to stores so a game could either be in stores on that day or <b>after</b>.

Some games may get <b>delayed </b>some others not listed may appear but at the moment of posting these are correct. Also just because a game is released in stores it <b>doesn't</b> mean that they'll appear on our internets but NA titles usually appear on our 'nets Wednesday night UK time.

Have patience and remember scene releases are not a right but a privilege.<!--colorc--></span><!--/colorc-->

Its taken this long to get a stick man game onto the DS? There is like three already on the mobile and one of those was rather good.

Alright it looks like crap but then what do you expect for a phsyics based platformer about a stick man? Ah yeah background that look good..well whatever its all about gameplay right?

Ugh shameless cash in, hoping to beat Scratch: The Ultimate DJ & DJ Hero by doing a quick cheapy game?
<!--quoteo--><div class='quotetop'>QUOTE</div><div class='quotemain'><!--quotec-->In DJ Star, music lovers get to imitate their idols and realize their dreams of becoming heroes and heroines of the turntable. Players begin their careers as local turntable novices, and work their way up step by step as they gain experience. If they are successful, they will soon be appearing in big cities such as Paris, Berlin, Miami and London, until they can finally spin the discs live in a stadium filled with 100,000 fans.

Scratch in real time in DJ Star, using the Nintendo DS Touch Screen! This innovative title includes several real DJ features, 40 famous tracks (Electro, R&B, etc.), as well as a number of mini games. DJ Star offers an excellent quality of sound and is easy to learn, even for players who have never seen a turntable before. A step-by-step introduction and the easy-to-use user interface ensure that fans will quickly learn how to mix and create songs. So players can even make their own tunes in the "creation studio" and save them on the biggest Nintendo Game Card available at the moment.<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->
Well I cant find any "hands on" for this game and it being from Deep Silver I suspect this to be kinda crap. I bet Konami are still smarting from Guitar Freaks being ripped off and now their Beatmania titles are getting bummed.

I'm actually suprised that this got a sequel but pleased anyway.
<!--quoteo--><div class='quotetop'>QUOTE</div><div class='quotemain'><!--quotec-->Journey into the blue once again with this Wii game where players get to explore the ocean and interact with its sealife.

Endless Ocean 2 builds on the ocean experience first introduced with Endless Ocean. While the last game emphasized relaxation, this one is designed with more adventure in mind. Divers might find themselves escaping from or calming down attacking sharks, exploring shipwrecks or finding treasure. Endless Ocean 2 also has more creatures and improved graphics designed to fully immerse players in an ocean environment that they can freely explore at their own pace.

    * Players dive into oceans all around the world to discover the fish, mammals and various sea creatures unique to each region while learning about their habits and behaviors. By selling salvageable items for money, players can decorate their own personal reefs to draw fish near or decorate their aquariums for their human guests
    * The ocean is teeming with life. Hundreds of real-life species are there to be discovered, from seahorses to giant whales
    * Are the local fish sick or agitated? Players can view their health status and then use a tranquilizer-like tool to zap the ones in need of rehab with healing energy
    * The game also includes a storyline that players can follow as they choose. The plot involves Oceana, a woman who investigates the Dragon's Song, which her father, a prominent ocean explorer, was searching for just before his death
    * While at Nine Ball Island, players can become friends with a dolphin and teach it some new tricks. When on a dive, players can even bring along the dolphin, which players can hold onto for extra fast swimming
    * For the first time in the series, friends who have broadband Internet access can connect and dive with one another via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, while using the Wii Speak microphone to converse<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->
The SEAquel seems massively improved this time around and I really look forward to diving in to this game when its released in Europe and US either end of 2009 or start of 2010.

<!--quoteo--><div class='quotetop'>QUOTE</div><div class='quotemain'><!--quotec-->In Spectrobes: Origins, players will use the unique Wii controls to explore vast worlds, excavate three-dimensional fossils and unravel an engaging story while discovering the key to preventing a galactic threat. A different developer is in charge this time, and its Genki who hark back to the SNES days. They did the good Jade Cocoon series for PSX & PS2 and also Phantom Crash for Xbox but most of their other stuff isn't much to write home about. This game looks pretty generic despite the developer claiming that it has many unique elements. I could never see the appeal of Spectrobes anyway but people like them for some reason. It does look slighty mroe entertaining than the DS games though.

Look at that cover, that title, the publisher name and the developer name. Also look at the graphics, holy crap this looks "99p after a month" at best. The developers claim that all footage and screenshots don't represent the final game, they say they are "beta" media...so why don't they actually show its final look? Will people overlooked the Dreamcasty (dont say N64 because you are stupid if you do) graphics? I personally think that this is going to be a very good game, should be a lot of fun to play with friends. Bethesda like it so much that they're putting out the Europe version called "Wheelspin". NEEDS FRICKING WFC THOUGH!!

Here is a "hands on" preview for Speed Zone/Wheelspin.

    http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/wheelspin-hands-on

It sounds like a racer that I've been longing for lately, a pure videogame racer that focuses more on fun then realism. Something I've not seen in a none character based racer since F-Zero GX & Rollcage 2.

I think Marker Man's top screen needs more work.

As for DJ Star, well if they can't even show gameplay in the trailer I won't expect much.

And for two weeks in a row, I'm more interested in Wii games even though I don't have a Wii.
Does Spectrobes on DS play anything like the Wii version?

Marker Man looks okay I guess... The boxart and screenies make it look like shovelware. I want to know if the game will include "realistic" physics.
