How much RAM does the M3 GBA Expansion Pak have? Could the RAM expansion cart that comes with the official Nintendo DS Opera browser be used to play GBA roms in conjunction with an M3 Real or M3 Simply?

32 megabytes (vs. 8 in the official RAM expansion), and no.

The Opera RAM pack can be used by homebrew apps, but no it cannot play GBA games. This is because the GBA starts execution at a certain address and the writable portion of the RAM pack doesn't start until after that point.
