So I ordered 1 of each of the reversible pouches with my remaining club points. The blue one arrived on Monday or Tuesday, I figured they would have been shipped together since they shipped at the same time. Here it is Friday and no signs of the red pouch. So I call Nintendo's customer service and get a very polite female. I explain to her the situation and she does some keyboard punching with the info I provided. To make a long story short they are sending me a replacement for the red one since I did not get it. Nintendo's customer service rocks no long wait times and no hassle just make the customer happy and be done. This is one of the many reasons why I will be a loyal Nintendo fan.
