Nintendo Announces 32GB White Wii U and more.

Also coming off the announcement Nintendo is releasing a better battery for the wii u gamepad.

The battery this time is a 2550mAh battery that is supposed to last up to 8hrs on a full charge. While this may not be a as good as the recently released Nyko battery it is surely a step in the right direction for Nintendo.

And to top it off Nintendo is set to release a Nintendo Land and Wii mote bundle

I got mine in from gamestop today and after fully charging it fully it lasted about 10hrs with every setting on max.

Welp, guess it hasn't hit online retailers yet. Makes me wonder why Nintendo didn't go bigger though.

For now it seem gamestop.com is the only place that has it in stock, but I highly recommend it; I can already see it being beneficial especially if you pull 8hr+ gaming sessions.

How come it seems like every time they may take a step forward, they take another one backwards? Marketing Nintendo Land with a damned Wii controller is not going to clarify things for confused consumers. If anything, it will lead to even more false conclusions because that game marketed for the Wii U comes with a Wii controller in a big, attention grabbing box. Maybe they'll be smart and keep that one in Japan. Seeing as Nintendo seems to be going full retard with marketing the Wii U though, I'm sure they won't be that smart.
