Nice to see some more 1st Party Nintendo games finally getting a price drop!
I am finally tempted to pick up Super Paper Mario now. [IMG]

Who the fuck would say that? Honestly, if it's a good game, and it's getting a 30 dollar price cut, it's definitely worth it if you were thinking of buying it.

It's good that they are doing this but like always, I'd still prefer a clean boxart.
Will they ever do DS? Mario Kart, New Super Mario Bros, etc. still go for full price.

    You also forgot the source.

Sorry, I am usually good about that and realized that as soon as I saw the previous post.

I also am a box art purist. I can't stand "Platinum Hits" boxart and so on.

I think they are; I saw a new copy of Mario Kart DS in my store with a red box (I was confused too) and the price was 20 bucks.

And the boxart was the same as well. No indication of a new price drop line.

Not in the UK. I still see NSMB for £30.

I would expect to see these titles having reversible sleeves like the New Play Control titles.
You know those old GC titles ported to the wii with enhanced graphics and controls.

But this comes to little surprise since Nintendo typically never drop the prices of their first-party software, even years after their initial release.

""Is a measly $30 savings worth the shame of having that on the game shelf?""

What the flying fuck are they talking about? Are they on crack?! They look fine, especially for goddamn rereleases.

Only thing that's intensely interesting is Super Mario Galaxy, which I already own a copy of. I was never interested in Punch Out!! or sports games like Mario Strikers Charged and Super Paper Mario is a load of crap.

SMG1 is still very very good, but I can't imagine replaying it after how much better SMG2.

The sequel didn't have so much as a camera problem at all.

    It's a joke.

The boxart does look piss ugly. I already own SMG1 and the other games don't look interesting.
