I am looging for information how can I revert FW to stock, same firmware since I have Gateway 3DS for it and wanna sell this console, since I have New 3DS XL.

If you have Gateway 3DS, then you can format the System Memory in the System Settings. However, if you have Luma3DS, then follow this guide: https://3ds.hacks.guide/uninstall-cfw
