Hacking Nintendo 3DS XL will not start up. Does not even show a blue light.

I've had my 3DS XL for about a year now. And, about 5 months after getting it, I made the mistake of taking the SD card out while it was running. (Yes, I know I am dumb) It worked for a while, but then, it just completely stopped working. No blue light. No screen. Couldn't even use any combinations to turn it on.
I need a way to turn it back on.

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
