Already contacted the user who made that video youtube and did not answer, well my goal was not to steal, but to show that it is possible to translate this game, and when my work said, referring to the integration of English subtitles, not the own translation.

I just dedicate myself to the Spanish version, only if you want someone who knows English then make an English version as it will, sorry guys but like you do not you speak Spanish fluently, I do not do it with the English.

PD:I have already translated into Spanish 8 videos, also added the missing fonts, and I'm working with images.
Not for nothing, but 4 out of 5 post is to make complaints, instead why do not you try help a little, it is my opinion.

Okay so the fonts are dealt with... good.
Sorry about the doubters here Jefelin.
From my perspective I did not see you taking credit for the translation as much as getting it in (hacking).
I am sorry the others here are hard on this. Given the nature of this board you would think they would be more open-minded (romhacking and translation)...

If you can, take a memory snapshot of the n3d n2d files to see what they look like decompressed. So that a comparison of files can be made of packed in game and unpacked through emulation. This will help immensely by getting a file dis-assembly and with the first steps to getting a plugin made by pleonex for this game. Though now that I think of it there was another game that used n3d and n2d files (I just cannot remember the name).

I myself am too busy with other project to help right now. I am not taking the offer of help away, just busy. P.m me if you need specific help Jefelin... (I work images too)

I did the plugin the first day I saw this post, so he is working now with all the image that are in the packed files n2d (the same structure is on n3d packed files and they can be unpacked too).
I'm searching now the text and trying to get the structure of that files in order to make the plugin to translate them. I appreciate a lot of the help with the romhack part, as I'm not an expert of script files and I don't have so much time to investigate them.

Regards!

Well thanks to a great tool that I got, I'm getting hard-Japanese translation, here's a sample

@ratsan:
Ok, I count on you always have a place in this project, when Tegna wait a bit longer for your help.
Now I could use someone to translate the images refer to the casino, since it is secondary to the game and prefer to devote to the main.
Again, I apologize for my English :/

@rastan: maybe we are not so open minded anymore because we see every day newbie that want to translate the best, most complex and longest games in a one man show.
I don't think you started your translation with a game like FF7 but probably with something much smaller and easier.
Many times newbies don't know in what adventure the imbarc and how much time consuming this is.
And sometimes "doubters" or "closed mind" post are exactly what a newbie need to hear so that they want to proove that the doubters are wrong.
You probaly know as well all others in here that project started by newbies ... very rarely get somewhere.
Anyway we will see how long Jefelin will keep up and how many people join the adventure.

@pleonex: I hope you are collecting all the plugin in one place and NOT let the user search across gbatemp forum to find all the plugins for Tinke

@Auryn:

One thing is sure, wondering how you could not do anything, instead of wasting time on such a vagary, I encourage you to help me translate. The time taken to write all those things you could use to help me in this project, that's the spirit.

I have also life, work and perhaps more than you, but it's my dream to enjoy this game, I have years behind him.

Previous experiences I've had huge project, the last was to rip all of the Pokémon animated sprites black & white. At first just started, everyone said it was impossible to rip sprites around 5000, and little by little with the support and help people get it, tell me why can not translate this game and you'll understand.

All the plugins are in the plugin folder of Tinke, but in order to don't have to wait to the next version I upload to my dropbox account too. The source is also in the webpage of Tinke.

@Jefelin: I never said you will not do it...I said I doubt it.
Your own words are "In addition to having little experience with roms" and the fact that you didn't find text that is not compressed in Sjis format before somebody told you that, say enougth about your rom hacking experience to have very concrete doubts.

Good that you ripped 5000 pokemon sprites and this experience say something about your constancy but it will absolutly not help you with the text of Ninokuni...it will only help you with the n2d files.

I would help only at 2 conditions:
- that i see that there is a future to this project but like i said, i doubt it. If I am wrong ... better for all (even for me because i will play the translation).
- if I would have time to help you. I am sorry but we are not all here and waiting to help you. The most of us are involved in own projects like myself. I am at the head of 20 people (soon probably more) working on a game translation.

I will not get into disputes, you just say that I´ve translated 9 of 14 videos, and I'm already working on all images of the game, leaving only the text of the dialogues, I have not worked on it yet because I have not yet clear how to translate it and extract it without causing errors in the rom.
Once you get this, it will translate as fast as possible, always within my means.
Things would work together much faster and better, but that's not my business.

PD:Ninokuni have a Spanish version, which also depends on you have it in English
Sure many are hopeful about the PS3 version, but who do not have PS3, you have to put up.

I hope you guys get dedicated translators, at least to English which is more commonly used here. (Nothing against Spanish so don't misunderstand me)
If I knew hacking I would help but alas I do not and I doubt I will in the near future.
So good luck because you guys seem dedicated to this.

i'd rather wait for the US release tbh

I doubt that happening anytime soon.
its better to play the US game rather than playing the translated as there wont be translated audio....

i'm not sure, but i think a lot ppl prefer original japanese audio over dubbed english audio

Romhacking I think that is almost solved. I think that they need "language help", somebody that knows japanese and English.
