Should I get Ninja Gaiden II? It looks good, I'm just worried about the difficulty.

I do have a modded Xbox, but my internet is shitty. Ninja Gaiden II is only 3.57GB compressed, so I wanna download it. I just want some opinions on the game before I do.

I am not sure that it is better than the first (talking the current series here, black version naturally) but if you like the genre then give it at go as it is a shining example of it. The only one I would consider above this is something like bayonetta although there are many other games in the genre on the 360 that are also worth a look.

With regards to difficulty I thought the first was harder but like all good games like this if you are losing life/loading saves then that is your fault rather than some issue with the game.

You cannot directly compare Ninja Gaiden II to any other hack n' slasher out right now, combat wise.

It's spectrum is completely different, and button mashing will get you nowhere. If you're pirating the game, it being worth it shouldn't be the question, you aren't paying for it, so what is there to lose?

Difficult, yes. Worth it, yes. It's a great game... and very rewarding when you figure out how to make the most of the combat system.

I downloaded the APATHY release, and after verifying with ABGX, it says the DMI is unverified. I play some games on my 360 that aren't even ABGX patched. Is it safe?

Afraid we are going to need the full readout of ABGX before we can call it- it might be a simple little thing that you do not have to pay attention to (angles) or it might be dealbreaking.
