The advert for More Brain Training appeared during Coronation Street (not by choice, the missus watches it). It had Nicole Kidman in it playing rock, paper, scissors. Thats it really, not that exciting though she did say scissors a lot, which in my opinion is not a way to advertise a game that Nintendo has been saying has much better voice recognition.

Now repeat after me blue, baaalooo, BLUE, BLOOO baaaaaloooooo NO NOT YELLOW!!

LMAO!!! I hated that minigame I would have to say the word like 5 times before it changes. I don't even have a foreign accent [IMG]

Thats actually a quote from my missus, its funny hearing her shout and lose her temper. I personally can't be bothered with the voice bits.

Maybe I'll like the new one, I wasn't a big fan of the first Brain Training. Especially the voice recognition...damn thing pissed me off. [IMG]

I think they expected all British players to have either posh accents, cockney or strong northern accents, I've noticed if you play with posh or northern voice is works brilliantly! How does it fair with the Scottish and Welsh speakers?

My Canadian Accent works 100% perfect with the euro version.

This reminds me of a comment on a local forum, saying that Nintendogs probably won't be that good because the voice recognition will be bad if you have an accent...

"You have to give the dog voice commands, and that will suck if you don't speak English very well..." [IMG]

    Forums: trust them. [IMG]

Fuck voice recognition, Brain Age was a bitch with word handwriting!

Remember that exercise that involved you memorizing a bajillion words in 2 minutes? All it taught me was that I should become a doctor since my handwriting is right on spot for that profession... [IMG]

What's 'northern'? There's a bit of a difference between Scouse, Geordie and Yorkshire [IMG]

I know Brain Training didn't recognise my Scouse - not the Harry Enfield high pitched whine, think Steven Gerrard with a bit more bass.

Fuckin' signed, I hate that list game. The voice recognition only failed on the word "blue", but when shouting numbers, it works fine.
