Put simply: you said vocaloid, he agreed and posted three different things, which were actually almost unrelated to the first post, but due to the way it was stated it almost seemed to imply that it was related to what you said and his first statement; thus, I, thinking that he was saying that they were all related to what you said and his initial statement in that post, spoke out.

Actually, that made it less simple...but there's your sense, and it's in one nice and long run-on sentence.
