Hacking NH-game.com "Gateway 3DS Flashcart ULTRA 3.0.1 Support FW 9.X" please help!

Hello, about 15 days ago I bought a "Gateway 3DS Flashcart ULTRA 3.0.1 Support FW 9.X" from NH-game.com which is the official reseller according to the gateway website

but when I came back to the website(NH-game.com) to see what is going on, the transaction status is still marked as:"Confirmed,Payed,Unshipped"

I tried to find a way to contact them but when ever you press the contact button it says:"Message board suspended function" there is no possible way to contact them and I really hate to lose those 70-80$

does anyone knows how can I get in touch with them or how they operate or what I can possibly do in this scenario?

call your credit card and force a refund if they don't have any means of contact.

To be fair.. It's under the About Us link at the bottom of the page, rather than the Contact Us link.

Most people don't bother poking around too much.

Personally I never did. I only knew about the email after seeing your thread and looking in their website. So I can't really help about that.
I hope you get a reply or any other solution though.
