Gaming NFS Undercover codes help

Hi guys, I having a problem with the NFS Undercover codes.

I downloaded the .txt file then converted it to .gct. I am pretty sure that it is the correct region for my game. All of the other codes work except for the Unlimited cash. I have downloaded the .txt file for 5 times but no luck. I did change the .txt files to this. I removed some codes.
