Thanks for letting us now about their new post [IMG]

They had a mysterious emulator in progress too, but they never told which one.
Maybe it was Wii64 for PS3?
But I think they announced it before the PS3 was hacked. I guess it's still secret [IMG]

The one I'm waiting the most is the PS1 emulator.

This is always good news...I always forget how long emulation news takes. I would love to have some psx games on my wii. I don't care much for ps364. There is not enough buttons on a ps3 controller unless you use the right stick as the c buttons. I just got my six axis working with my phone last night...was playing Mario 64 lol

Good job to emulatemii hope for a release soon!

I'm sorry but my PSP can do everything I want with PSX or N64 games. Wii is obsolete at the moment IMHO, the PSP does everything the Wii can and does it better (in terms of emulation)

Can you play at a decent resolution in a TV with a PSP? in 100% full screen?

Also, this isn't meant only to you! Not everyone has a PSP and a Wii.

Also another point... N64 emulation in PSP is better? the whaaaaaaaaaaaa? how many games run at full speed with sound?

    LOLWUT?

The PSP's PSX is great, yes. But for N64... only a handful of games run on Daedalus. I'd like to see you try playing Majora's Mask full speed with no frameskip on your PSP. WITH SOUND [IMG]

The N64 emulation is horrible, the Wii's emulation is way better.

Well, it was an uneducated and sorta biased opinion.

And our opinion isn't any less biased?
We are all in the wrong here and should probably get back on topic before this turns into a flame war

I don't need to play it on my TV, don't even have those cables.

I said the PSP does everything in N64 emulation for me. I don't want 100% compatability, if I can play Ogre Battle 64 on it in a decent state, I'm happy. And last I checked, it worked at full speed. Other N64 games don't interest me, hence I made my statement.

    Fair enough. [IMG]

I have Ogre Battle 64's cart and I haven't even played it. [IMG] I am assuming it's good with all the talk of it though. Maybe I will get around to playing it one day.

Guys, why are you getting on his dick about it? I was just stating some facts but you guys just tried to piggyback my words to make him feel stupid. [IMG]

He did in fact say it does everything HE needs it to; so he is right in that aspect, and in no way is uneducated (I have seen him on the Wii and PSP forums so I know he knows what he is talking about). I agree with Catboy and let's not continue this crap.

I DO have to disagree though with Satangel; the Wii is an emulation beast and should be respected. [IMG]

I've owned a Wii for over 2 years but I recently sold it, yes. All I remember about emulation was that I was quite disappointed in the state of the emulation at that time. PSX games barely ran, N64 better but I expected, much much more.
Then the PSP came along, and just blew me out of the water.
Hopefully the for the many Wii users the emulation has improved with more recent versions.

If I ever want to play GC games again (most of them I played on my Wii), I can just do it on Dolphin.

[IMG] Please! Oh stop! You're killing me! You can't be serious! Let's say this I bet my Wii can emulate your PSP (albeit VERY slowly and probably only in theory, considering PSP and Dreamcast are fairly close) while your PSP can never emulate my Wii. Seriously bro, the PSP is way outclassed by the Wii. [IMG] You just made my day!
