Hacking Newest RxTools Nightly won't work on O3DS?

So I've put RxTools on 3 different O3DS consoles so far with Menuhax + CTRBootMgr, but the only version of RxTools that I can ever get working is the Nightly build from GitHub. I can't get anything like the December build of Nightly to run. All it does is attempt to run, and then hangs at a black screen before loading into Sysnand or Emunand.

This isn't a big problem, it would just be nice to have autoboot enabled like it is on my N3DS.

Is this a common issue? I'm fairly certain I had everything installed correctly.
