Hacking NewDicts07M download that's not a Torrent?

I cant download Torrents for personal reasons.

So is there a download for NewDicts07M that's in Megaupload, Rapidshare or some other site?

I had no problems registering with DS-Scene, maybe your browser does not handle Javascript or something...
