Hacking Newb to wii modding need help with installing wads ticket 2011

I believe I'm running a Cios. I'm running on ios249, but none of these things work. I'll try the latest version of NeoGamma, and check back with what version of IOS249 I have. What is d2x v6 or 7 though?

I've finally gotten it working. For those of you who had the same problem and googled your troubles, here is step by step what I did, in the correct order

1. get homebrew channel installed and running via letterbomb
2. put the latest version of Cios 249 on your wii by following this guide https://sites.google.com/site/completesg/cios/waninkoko
3. get a good backup loader and install it via a wad manager (I used yet another mod manager) the site I just listed has a few listed on the sidebar to the left, I used NeoGamma.
That's it! Much less complicated than I made it out to be. Many of the steps I took were random totally unnecessary actions that I didn't wholly understand. All you need its the HBC, a CIOS installer and a good backup launcher to install!
