Gaming New Xbox 360 Update,Is it safe?

Hi,

We have an xbox 360 which has been flashed.
Just yesterday we went to go on live and it was asking for us to update the xbox.
Will it be safe to do so?
Just want to be 100% before i jump in to it.

Yes you will be fine, Mine are also all flashed and I always update them when im prompted for one

Just so you know, all it did was fix some audio issue when using HDMI cables.
