This update ONLY affects the people who are at 10.5 SysNAND in other words (The people who cannot downgrade but still they can use homebrew) right?

The people with CFWs (RxTools, ReiNAND) and having SysNAND at 9.2 or 4.5, not will be affected?

But no, seriously, how much longer is Nintendo going to use the stability excuse? Why not just come out and say that they patched a vulnerability? :\

According to Smea's Twitter, the new payloads aren;t ready yet so you should probably wait until the new payloads are out.

Anybody know if this breaks the Gateway menu?

Can also confirm.

On another note, these updates used to, at the very least, break Gateway's multirom menu. The fact that Nintendo isn't even bothering with that anymore makes me think they're planning something!

The big attack will probably come SOON™
They never purposely broke the menu. GW uses specific offsets for patching and needs to update those offsets when they change because of an update.

I read that ctr bootmanager was blocked and the menuhax loader which i use
But even if you update your EmuNAND to 10.6, your SysNAND will still be 9.2. Menuhax runs from SysNAND because it runs before you even enter EmuNAND.

You should obviously not update your SysNAND.
