as long as your sysnand stays on 9.2 you'll be fine.

No, as long as you keep your sysnand on 9.2 no update will make you lose access to your Emunand

Since Menuhax is for getting in RxTools Menu, SysNAND, or EmuNAND.

It affects people who have their sysnand on 10.6. If you are not one of those people then you are unaffected.
