Anyway, safe to update rxTools emuNAND to 10.6? I use the November 8 Nightly build.

You know how some things reboot your system? Like Micro SD Management does? And how it brings you to settings in SysNand?

What if Nintendo decided to reboot your system before going to System Update. without telling anyone, therefore running it in SysNand, and updating SysNand? It'd only affect EmuNand and no one would notice other than EmuNand users. Not only that but there'd likely be no going back, either. It'd be pretty malicious.

They could replace the system update feature with a reboot into system recovery.

Nintendo copyright claimed your stylus. And. No shit sherlock. Update emunand and make a backup. Smae native firm.

also, arm9loaderhax probably still skips sysnand system recovery and goes to emunand, I haven't tested this but there's a good chance this happens

But many people would lose their kernel. I might look into arm9loaderhax doing that too.

if Nintendo ever did that, I think people would notice when it reboots and the forums would be all over it. it just won't work as much as they want, so don't worry

a crazy idea: simply not updating System Settings could also work, such as spoofing the version when getting it using 3DNUS or something.

Ok, i tested how stable it is now!
I put the 3DS on the ground on the smallest side (like a tower) walked around it and did some ground pounding, it fell over, so there's still improvement for stability open!

sorry if was asked before, lets say i dont update (due to getting errors atm.) and if i play an online game, will it work? will it not download the update via the background (unless i put the ds in sleep mode yes)? i wouldnt want to have the update nag! (once i had it but fixed it with d9).
