Hacking New "unmoddable" Wiis showing up around the US?

We all should know by now about the drives that have the three pins cut so they cannot easily be modded.

They existed in Japan, but a friend of mine says that he has read they are showing up all around the US. He even specified a serial number range, but I lost it

the number of wii sales in aus is lower then japan thats why japan already are hitting shelfs

At worst, you'll have to wait a couple of weeks while the modding community catches up to Nintendo's security measures.

i dont know if you guys have seen but now there is a new chipset, D2C that cant be modded as of yet, im sure someone will just have to develop more code, but then again who knows!
