They're not dicks. If atmosphere releases early so will their version. The only reason they're not releasing now is that it's not ready! They got fusee gelee for free and now are working on a solution which isn't ready otherwise why not capitalise on the market NOW? BEFORE atmosphere. They're idiots of they won't try make money before custom CFW comes. They're baiting. READ BETWEEN THE LINES!
Not everybody desperately want's to put the platform, third-party-support and the indie developers in danger because they work at McDonalds and can't afford more than one game to support Ninty and co.

I'm 99% certain they are not using fuseé, they are most likely using purely selfmade code.

I'd pay more than $40 for this. One time install was enough to sell me.
Meanwhile Atmosphere is tethered, wont allow for backups, and is pretty much only good for homebrew(seems like a waste of time if you ask me)

Well the real question is that can it play all games even the ones that require to update the system to launch them?
This whole selling cfw stuff has got to be the looniest part of recent history

Sure I get that and respect that stance as well.
My point is Atmosphere team were very keen back along that no one would make a profit out of piracy.
If that is really going to happen, I can’t see what other choice they have but get backup support day1 themselves if only to provide an immediate free alternative.
How many times are you going to troll around and lecture people for piracy? Do you not have anything better to do than troll what is (more or less) a hacking site that aims strongly toward piracy?

I don't know. I mean sure people who definitly need to pirate games right fucking now because of what ever ugly reasons will buy the TX stuff. Everybody who doesn't need the "backup function" because they've download all games they bought already (like I did) will not. I can wait another 6 months for "backup functionality".
I'm not saying I've never used it on 3DS - I did, for games I knew I wouldn't buy because I disliked them - but it's not my main goal. I want emulators.
You don't really know what trolling means, right? I don't give a fuck if you pirate or not. I did it too and I do it all the time. I just can't stand the people celebrating it like it's a gift send from god. Like it's the only thing the console was made for. Have some decency. Don't pirate brand new games. Personally I love it when someone tries to sell something like this. It ALWAYS forces all the losers who hoard their secrets to end up releasing, to try and block the folks selling similar work. Competition is always good for the end-users!
