Hacking new to vita arriving this week

so this upcoming week wil be getting a vita with firmware 3.55 phat
how to i install cfw like the psp ? any 2018 guide i also want to make the cfw permanent like the psp
and what is the biggest micro sd card i can use
i also dont understand the difrent file formats for games you have vpk and mai something

vita arrived screen looks brand new ,do i need a micro sd card to install custom firmware ?
does it have internal memory where does it install the custom firmware

found the answer so i have to wait for the adapter to arrive

• If you are using a Vita 1000, you must have a memory card
• but can i mod the vita with micro sd card or does it have to be official sony card ?

i just broke my 1 day old ps vita ,some guy on psx place told me i could install cfw on ps vita 1000 without mem card !
this is not possible dont make the same mistake i did my ps vita does nothing any more just blue light blinking
screen is black wont go in to safe mode nothing ! its dead
