Do you really need another thread? You created a thread already to share custom levels and for others to post their custom levels. You aren't following your own instructions, man!
It seems like either you don't know what is NSMBW Retro Remix or you don't know what does "remake" mean. :glare:
You, sir, are annoying.

LOL You of all people are actually trying to call someone annoying?

You are already have a thread for custom NSMBU levels. Go post there.
This thread is a duplicate / waste of space / annoyance.

He's actually developing something cool instead of just downloading what other people have made like 99% of us. I don't care how many threads he makes. Keep up the good work AboodXD!

Now are these the replies I get when I post a thread about a new full hack? :glare:

My question is why people are making Wii U game mods that we can't even use yet... And how are they testing said game mods..?

Cafiine has been released, as long as your Wii U is on an exploitable version, you should be able to use this. Unfortunately, I'm among those that will have to wait for an updated exploit.

Mine is up to date (5.4.x+, unsure what version is current, but 5.4.0 at very least). It's the Family Wii U I want to keep legit, until something un-patchable, brick-proof, and runs on the latest firmware comes out. (I'm playing it safe with this Wii U for now)

any chance of you posting your download links for those levels? i wouldnt mind trying them on my wiiu.

if you have a wiiu with 5.3.2 then you can use all game mods that people are doing i can play all custom nsmbu levels just fine on my 5.3.2 game :P it paid off not updating beyond 5.3.2 also latest version is 5.5.0 not 5.4.0.

It'd be nice if you join, but the levels must match NSMBW Retro Remix's, not exactly SMB.
That's why it's called "New Super Mario Bros. U Retro Remix". ;)

I didn't realize the goal here was to do a full game mode. But at this point, this thread sure looks an awful lot like the other thread. Even the spoiler image in the first post of this thread is also in the video of the first post of the last thread (around 4:28). Also since there isn't isn't any custom music or logo yet, there literally is only a screen shot of one of the custom levels that Abood shared in the other thread...
That doesn't change a thing, why do you care anyway? I didn't tell you to come to this thread.
Stop being salty.
Now you really showed me that you just browse GBATemp to annoy people. :glare:

Then where is the other thread about New Super Mario Bros. U Retro Remix?
We're discussing an entire set of levels here, all based on the Retro Remix for New Super Mario Bros. (without U), not just separate levels!

By the way, I'm willing to port some levels from the old remix (for Wii).

From what people say pvp isn't even worth it
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
I just been playing offline, and they give you a few bots here n there on your team to help battle. I don't think it's as funny as the other games tho, more battle oriented than humor, which kinda sucks, but I'm still early in it
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@BigOnYa, doesnt the game have a campaign mode?
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Yea, and co-op, but you can also start a pvp session and battle just with friends. You get special skill cards (powers) the more you play. And higher value cards, but you can only enable so many cards at a time.
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
If you can find enough for it
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Toilet paper is considered the money, you collect and buy stuff with TP, kinda funny. Graphics are def better than the other games tho, I think they used Unity 5 engine.

I bet most people at the time still watched it in black and white
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Xdqwerty, Many of them did before colour television was common.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
Likely because black and white TV was in-expensive.

  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
It certainly wasn't inexpensive it cost the same as a new car back then
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
How much did a 1965 color TV cost?

For example, a 21-inch (diagonal) GE color television in 1965 had an advertised price of $499, which is equal to $4,724 in today's dollars, according to the federal government's inflation calculator.

@K3Nv2, take into consideration how economy was back then
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
Yeah that's why they listed inflation rates
