I see, I'm sorry for that, I never played the lost levels, only on SMB deluxe (GBC) and as far as I remember the hills had the original SMB design.

I dont know why did they make that. They took their original design out. But hacking the game, the lost levels floor is there and a couple of levels of the letter worlds.

Looking good, but in the old games you could go back a little bit, right? This is a nice idea, but it could kill the experience if worked out badly.

No, you could not go back at all, although in SMB 1/ 2(LL) the screen was a few pixels wider, so you had about one more block of leeway...

Almost every level has the retro scrolling now, thought some minor bugs with it.

The bad thing that the screen is not big as the original so some pipes you cant look on top of them(like 2-5).
However Im going to reduce the floor to one block.

A new background for the grey levels has now been made, although they will not be shown until we can do so alongside Range-TE's work.

Yes, there is. gridattack has already implemented the same effect in most levels since it was discovered.

Patience is a virtue, sir. I have been busy with school work, and I assume the others working on this project are also busy. Currently, the original time limits are to be added to the remade SMB and SMB2J levels.

There's no demo yet, AFAIK they're going to release it when it's finished, which it isn't yet.
