hey guys i was searching for syntaxs textures when i came accross this cool new site. its http://chaoscontrol.ch.ohost.de/ there only new but there textures look quite good. check it out.

There are loads of texture hacking 'teams' now, and those guys have just come straight from KittyCorp.
If you want a forum to share and more crucially DOWNLOAD textures, then KittyCorp is the (only) place to be.

For those who want to know, Syntax Error did get their textures finished. On the day of release, nintendo sent them an e-mail that said if they didnt take downb everything related to Syntax error, they would sue.

id like nintendo to sue me, oh and guys i cant post sanything for about 1 more week because im getting a new internet connection and my internet company is being difficult. They have put back connecting me about a month and a half now. seriously i think im gonna freak out (btw i am the designer and i was just trying to act like i was someone else with the first post).

One thing that just occurred to me.... The sound on the 2600 sucked less back then the harsh sound we hear now is from infinitely better speakers we have now, back when the 2600 was new speakers produced a almost muffled sound, like CRTs made old graphics look slightly better. -

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way
