I never liked much of any Spiderman games except the one Vs Electro on PSOne. However out of all the new releases for Xbox last week (most of which are sweet), suprisingly I've played this the most and it is very good. Definatley better than the previous games anyway.

Ironically the "Spider-Man 2: Enter Electro" for PS1 is the worste of the bunch (Or atleast, that's what the majority say, including myself). It was a fun game, but it didn't hold a candle to the story of "Spider-Man" for PS1. Heck, it didn't even feel like a whole game. More like a chunk that was missing from the first one. I will say this however...it had improved gameplay mechanics, and slightly improved graphics, over the original.

jumpman17: It tis' a beautiful game indeed. Have you seen Venom under the night sky yet? (Or any sky for that matter). It's just amazing.

I'm super disapointed with this game. It's good and all but the story mode is only 5 hours long. I feel ripped off...

I have to ask...how long did you think it was going to be? I don't think i've ever played a North American-made game based on a licensed property that was long. Final Fantasy, Halo, Legend Of Zelda, etc and so on...those games were long. But they also weren't based on anything. Movie games, games based on shows, and others North American based games are never terrifically long.

Atleast 10 hours? I was feeling a little under the weather sunday so I decided I'd walk to EB after lunch and buy the game to keep me busy and I beat it before supper even hit the table. For something that costs nearly $75 thats unacceptable. The story mode didn't even need to end where it does it could have easily kept going. Just because it's based on a licensed property doesn't mean they can't make it long. I mean the storyline is based loosely from like what, roughly 10 issues of the Ultimate Spiderman comics? They could of done more than what they put into the game, hence the disapointment.

Hm. Well, it really depends how good you are I suppose. And the story isn't based on any of the Ultimate Spider-Man comics, it's a direct continuation. Not an adaption. In Spider-Man 2: The Movie's game...to get to each story mission you were forced to stop a ton of pety crimes. It could take forever, the difference with this one is you're only forced to do a couple (And as many more as you want). Basically, the difference is that they didn't try to force it to be longer in this game (By wasting times on random events)...when it didn't need to be.

I've come to expect shorter games from licensed properties though. *Shrug*

EDIT: I'll take a large amount of awesome boss fights over drawn out nothingness any day of the week.

If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction

    Just kiss me Kyle.
  • x65943 @ x65943:
You either need to be intubated to bypass obstruction or create a stoma inferior to the the area of obstruction to survive
