This is just a demo rom from www.inside-cap.com. They are the company that made Meteo.
You can download it from their site for evaluation purposes here.
This is nothing more than a public domain rom, so why the fuss?
Unless this is the full version???

There are a few other publicly available demos to download too. These demo roms are just intended to show what their technology and development tools can do. So, if you didn't know that already, you heard it here first from assassinz!

"Development tools"? They have tools to make DateSim games on the Gba?? Do ANYONE here have them and could send me please?
