Too bad it will likely be crazy expensive.

Definitely agree; they’re totally gonna have an excuse like “oh but it comes with the stand and all these little extras” who cares??

At the very least the Pro comes with 2 controllers and one of them is an edge but really hate to see the digital only push.

They're just dangling the proverbial carrot by giving the "disc drive cover" like WTAF!! WHY!?

It really stinks but I guess all we can do is vote with our wallets… I hate that it’s still tempting though. If anything if disc drives actually sell out that might mean something for Sony.

The DS4 PS1 edition looks good, but whoa the DS(5) PS1 looks pretty amazing.

I'll be getting two for myself, one to use, and one for display.

The problem is you can't actually play a 30th Anniversary Playstation, you can only play games on it, where are the new games that people are anticipating Sony? You want to roll out a $700 digital only console but yet have nothing lined up currently as far as first party titles. Pathetic.

Custom plates have been a thing even before made their "official" own. It's just plastic shields we buy for it.
