Hardware New Nintendo 3DS XL only orange light for 5 seconds

Hi guys I got this new 3ds xl from ebay, has this issue where when plugged in the orange light goes on for 5 seconds and shuts off. I measured the current going to the battery pins on the power board and it says 3.75v. Both fuses work I want to ask if you guys have any mb schematics or a way to check the battery chip or something else thanks.

Im having the same issue on my 2ds. I got mine to boot when connected to power by spamming the power button but it turns off after being unplugged. It also says my battery is full.
