Why did you put secret_sector.bin at the sdmc:/luma/payloads directory?
Verify the custom firmware was updated to boot9strap. Turn on the n3DSXL, hold (SELECT) button, and look for Luma3DS v10.1.3 configuration.
If you see Luma3DS v7.0.5 configuration, go back and redo A9LH zu B9S.

- sdmc:/boot9strap/secret_sector.bin
- sdmc:/luma/payloads/SafeB9SInstaller.bin
- sdmc:/arm9loaderhax.bin

- sdmc:/boot.firm

Thank you very much! The version was indeed 7.0.5. Now it runs on the newest version of Luma, Godmode9 is installed as well are the other apps.
