New Nintendo 3DS jailbreaked: can i log in into the eShop?

several months ago i hacked my New Nintendo 3DS following the newwes guide (https://3ds.hacks.guide/get-started). Now, i would like to earn several platinum coins for my Nintendo account and if i log in into the 3ds shop i can ear 30 coins. Is there any risk to be banned if i log in into the eShop? I will not buy anything, i only have to log in into the shop in order to earn the points. Is there any risk that Nintendo can ban my Nintendo Account?

Nintendo doesn't ban accounts because of homebrewing your consoles

yes, i'm using same account with my Nintendo Switch too...
so, can I log in to the eShop to Nintendo 3DS without risk? And what about Nintendo Wii U eShop? Can I log in into the eShop in order to earn 30 platinum coins? Or is it better not to try to do this?

tbh, they probably should. there's no real repercussions for hacking your system. I think if the account was at risk a lot of people would think twice about it. that's one thing that holds some people back with playstation, being banned on one console could mean being banned on all of them.

ah ok...well i only need to connect to 3DS account one time...and then i will not do it again...i need 30 more platinum coins...
