Hacking new M3 real fireware breaks SRW W

i just got the new firmware for the M3 real the 4.4X, and i tried to play super robot taisen W, the game freezes at the Banprestro logo screen, but some times, and this seems completely random, the game gets pass this screen, but more often than not, it freezes. so i was wondering is anyone else experiencing this and how can i fix it?

Try reformatting your MicroSD, or use Sakura.

i have a 2GB microSD and i was wondering could that be the problem, my friend has a MicroSDCH and it works fine on his cart, but what im afraid is my M3 real might be defective, but i hoping not because all the other games so far works fine, i dont think there is a defective problem that would only affect just this one game. idk, any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated, i did reformat my MicroSD and sakura and it still freezes at the branprestro screen, but very rarely it works, so idk what the problem is.
