Hi everyone, I downloaded eshop games and they are .3DS . How am I suppose to install them? Do I have to convert them to .cia in order to install through BigBlueMenu?

If you want them to be on the home menu, you need to dump xorpads and convert them to CIA.
Or you can use them with the red card.

If you want them installed on your system then yes you would need to convert to .cia first

What does this do. Cubic ninja is from before my time here.

Cubic ninja was a game released in whatever year it was released in, and a hacker named "Smealum" was able to discover an exploit in the game, allowing users to run unsigned code on their 3DSs, i.e. home-brew.

By utilising the exploit, gateway now allows you to use the same exploit to execute their launcher, allowing you to load the gateway menu and 'stuffs'

I could be wrong but I believe that's the story behind it nonetheless.

Wifi is a one time thing for Cubic Ninja

I believe that Sky could be used in place of a Retail Cartidge

I have question, I have 3dsXL in which I have installed some CIA files, how would I go about transferring those with their saves to the N3ds?

While I too am not sure about the latter, I've ordered from the former 3 times now, an average of 10 days until I got my cards each time I ordered. I'm in the UK if that helps.
They generally ship from Cyprus I think, at least all 3 of my orders were

I have a Japanese N3DS, so I'm torn between finding Cubic Ninja (shipping takes forever), OOT3D (bit more expensive and also need extra hardware) or just getting a Sky (most expensive but best balance between ease of use and speed).
