I have it working on 64GB. I did however create emuNAND on the stock 4GB card, then image it over to my 64GB and then expand the FAT32 partition. Your card HAS to be FAT32, not exFAT to work.

Did he fix it to work with N3DS? I haven't fooled with it since I got emuNAND working on my console a few days ago, been enjoying my Amiibos!
Anyway, if he did fix it then it could be your card. You'd loose CIA space but gain more for ROM's in that case.

I had the injection fail on me last night but I was downloading 3 files and unzipping 2 all at the same time. Kind of stupid on my part, But on second try I injected a 9.5 emunand into a fresh 9.0 on a 64gb Sandisk ultra and it worked great.

Be careful with that easeUS program. I saw a lot of spyware-like items in it and will be removing it now that emuTool is working. Also, like thorasgar mentioned, I've had a lot of injection issues in the past and I've attributed it to my SD card hub. Constant timeouts and such from it.
everything seems to install fine with the emunand tool but once i booted my console with the 64gb inside it i either get black screens or it's back to system nand,i have no idea what is wrong here even the 4gb micro sd which did show GW3D9.5.0-23 now is also showing black screens or boots back to system nand 9.0 !!!!! anyhow i'm starting from scratch now & i will try to be more careful this time.
Check Smeas page for Ninjhax. There's a button combo you can press while loading CN to delete all save data.

Completely locked down and can only use approved apps. Pretty much the complete opposite of Linux.
I can't connect to e-shop on Emunand. It says Error code 022-2634. I read online and learnt that it's something about 3ds not being able to connect to servers. I had blocked update servers on my router and using opendns but I disabled those and don't have a dns setup on my internet connection. Anyone else having this problem?
thanks i found it,hopefully this will fix the issue if not then i better quit for now,i don't want to keep formatting & updating as i will end up updating the system nand by mistake specially when i'm doing 2x n3ds consoles both at the same time.
here is button combo to delete the gw save from NC in case someone else needs it: hold L+R+X+Y and follow instructions
