ROM Hack new games need internet to start

I have installed the Dragon Quest demo with Goldleaf, but it doesn't start without internet access, which I can't do because I'm banned, then try terraria and the same thing happens.

My Switch is banned and i have XCI version of the demo, works perfectly

I solved it, my problem was that I'm using Kosmos, but I forgot to put the sigpatches
