Having trouble embedding the video on my iPad. Maybe someone can embed it properly ;-)
Yea this is a instant buy for me once it gets released
Edited the first post to embed it. The whole mobile domain and feature before the ID variable was throwing it off.
No word if it's co-op able or not still eh?
Anyways, I can't wait to see what speed runs Nintendo posts about this on YouTube. Seriously, some of their players have insane skills.
It seem most likely it isn't co-op, but that's just me.
Now we just need and Peach and Toad version and we'll have the entire SMB2 roster.
It's one reason why it is called New Super Luigi U, excluding the "Bros", because it won't be co-op.
Not a big problem for me if there's not co-op, I only play co-op for the StarCoins collection. I'll buy this for sure \o/
I wonder how much it will cost. How high are you willing to pay?
I would expect it to be about 25$. Which is reasonable for 80 stages.
Am I the only one who liked the accent more than the game?
Have to admit, this is pretty cool DLC.
I wish they would have made a new World Map as well. It would have given the DLC a really fresh feel. But right now it could just be a simple mod.
New Super Princess Peach U
i figured they dropped bros from the title because luigi last name is mario, hence mario brothers, so it would be wierd and inaccurate to call it luigi brothers. They could also be simply called mario brothers cause mario was the more famous brother (being player 1), I really dont know
Mario's full name is Mario Mario. Luigi's is Luigi Mario. Hence, Mario brothers. I forget if that came up in the animated series or the film.
Yup it i confirmed by wikipedia, Mario Mario is the full name
Didn't know that
Pretty sure Nintendo have said that Mario and Luigi don't actually have last names. The film only gave them last names so they could do a bad-joke moment where a cop gets confused by the Bros.' names.
Cop: Last name?
Cop (to Luigi): Name?
Cop: Luigi Luigi?
Luigi: No, Luigi Mario.
Cop: Wait, how many Mario's are there between you two?
Luigi: Three, Mario Mario and Luigi Mario.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Ha. ha
Did he say 82 new levels? That sure is a lot.
Still...I'm confused. I'm pretty sure I 100%'ed it with more than 90 levels (including all the secret levels & such). So I guess these are all still the same?
I'll wait for reviews, though. That shorter time limit pretty much tells me the levels are going to be shorter as well. And also...I freakin' hated Luigi's movement in SMB2. If there's no way to play "normally", it certainly won't be my cup of tea.
And...WTF is that last name supposed to be? Really? I didn't realise their parents were such dipweeds.
Some gaming years ago...
Doctor: congratulations...it's a boy. So...have you decided how you want to call the little brat?
Father: yes. We'll call him Mario!
Doctor: But...Mario is already his last name. Are you sure you want to call your child "Mario Mario", mr. Mario?
Father: absolutely! I wanted to call him "Super", but that would have been ridiculous, wouldn't it?
Doctor: erm...yeah. So...are you okay with this, Ms Mario?
Mother: I'm more in favor of Jumpman, really. Is it okay if we try that out to see how it works out?
Father: honey, I told you: "Jumpman" sounds like he's going to be jumping over stuff a lot. But "Mario Mario"? Yeah...that'll attract attention of the higher-ups.
Mother: but with Jumpman, at least he'll know his role in life. Isn't that more important? Besides...do you really think anyone of stance will take notice of him just because of his name?
Doctor: whatever. It's your child, so it's your pick. It's not my fault if he's going to be bullied around a lot when he grows up.
