Won't they just sell them under the "Homebrew Device" moniker?
Next time you make a thread like this, it's advised that you actually quote the source that you're linking, rather than only link to it.
how many more countries are remaining? i know mine is... they dont even know afaik
So what's the point of ruling them illegal? We all know they won't stop, they'll just move.
What if they only released the flashcarts only for homebrew and no pirated game support?
iPlayer. Enough said.
So, it's illegal to sell and import Flashcarts in france, not to use. I think. Then again, the ruling says "game copier devices" and, technically, flashcarts don't copy games. So, the NDS Adapter PLUS is illegal?
Anyways, Nintendo is just wasting their money. They should spend those bucks on the WiiU.
So "Game copying devices" such as the R4 are illegal? Okay, that's fine, then by that, the R4 isn't even illegal. It doesn't copy games.
Seems that big N won the second round. Let see what will happen on the third round.
Edit : Woot ! 2000 post !
here is to the Tyrannical rule of sony/nintendo hope MS doesnt jump in the frey
It stops them being sold in the markets but that is about it.
A flashcart can be used to run NDS Backup Tool.
And the NDS Adapter+ only backups save files.
