It fixes the 16Gbit homebrew issue and adds a lot of new options to skinners by the looks of things.

    Beup Live now doesn't crash.

Had to sign up on http://www.gba-nds.com/ to get the file (not on the G6 page yet), but.......

Very nice update - most impressed with the new front end. Seems pretty stable too.
Can't wait to see some 2-screen skins now. [IMG]

EDIT: just had a look through the new skin format - there is some great potential there now.
Also, font colours can be changed too, from an ini file.

Mmm, looks pretty sweet. I hope the touch screen problems users have been reporting have been fixed. Or at least, tried to be fixed lol.

And yeah, anybody manage to test out some d-play games that didn't work previously?

New super mario bros, Yoshi touch and go, Mario kart ds and Big brain academy still do not work over download play. And, the games do have icons.

That's still pretty good considering most of the other carts don't even use the touch screen xD

I just wish that they would allow you to change the default folder for bootup (NDS) and I would like saves to be put in another folder in the next firmware. Oh, and proper scrolling, NOT just touch an empty bit on the bar to make it go down, actually being able to pull the knob up and down with the stylus. Just generally more polished like the G6 Lite.

If the skinning thing has changed, do old skins still work?

I'm in the process of updating my G6 right now [IMG]

Well important teams such as supercard and ezflash DO USE the touch screen just because they have moonshell menu. m3/r4 don't use it but those aren't "most cards"

I used it on my 8Gb flashcard. It looked good but I saw that before the game starts it shows a purple screen. Also it never passed the purple screen when I tried to play hotel dusk. Just went back to 2.2. At least that one shows no purple screen and plays everything I try to play.
