Seems Nintendo's trying hard to block Sky3DS but unsuccessfully done.

This has to be the most ignorant thing I've ever read. What makes you think they are even trying to block Sky? If they were going to block it they would block it.

Just you watch, they'll get to 9.9.0-27 then the next update will be 9.9.1-28

just updated my rxEmunand on both 9.7 jap and eur and still it works

Edit: Also e-shop on region changed rxEmunand also works flawlessly

Did Gateway even actually make an official announcement about 9.6 support? There's nothing about it on the Gateway site. I don't think we even got an official "soon" this time, just speculative "soons."

If it happens, it happens. Sky3DS is essentially doing what flashcarts have done for years. It's been out for awhile and no obvious attempts at blocking yet. We'll see what the future holds.

Looks like DSP and a bunch of DS mode related modules were updated, including the DS cart whitelist (new3DS only)

The only thing notable that was updated on the old3DS was the "Old3DS nfc system-module".
