Yep. 'fraid so. It really sucks. All I can hope is that when dad said he'd given him to a good home it was the one time he's told the truth. If he had my dog put down or put into a shelter then I'll make damn sure he goes to prison for the rest of his insignificant life.
Still waiting for the phone to ring, either work, the police or the beloved. Whichever occurs first. Until then all I can do is sit and wait, really. The good news is my eye isn't in especially bad condition. Nobody mentioned it at my interview yesterday. It's not overly swollen, I can still use it, it causes only minimal discomfort. The medical report clearly states that it was a deep gash in my face that bled profusely, but at least my naturally quick healing is taking care of it.
The great news is that me and my sweetheart may have already found a place to live. There are flats for rent just around the corner from where I am now, which we can easily pay for between us if I get this job at Walkers. We've talked it through and the plan is that since she's not had any personal space for a few months, she's going to move in herself while I technically remain where I am, but I stay over a fair bit until she's had her fill of living the solo life and I move in permanently. The whole project should be ready to go just after Christmas, so I have to endure two months of my current situation, tops. And I can just get one of these flats for myself if I want. May well do. Life the solo life myself for a while. When we're bored of living in two seperate flats we simply move out of them, move into one for the both of us, and carry on. Faultless.

It's a local community project to help grow food and help the local people to help themselves. It's meeting some resistance from a jerkweed at the local council right now so if we can get more names behind the project, we can bypass him entirely. So any show of support would be much appreciated.
I'll get back to y'all when my phone rings one way or t'other. Until then as there's literally nothing constructive left to do until Friday, I'm gonna play on my PSP. Doc said to lay off my 3DS until my eye is healed. Didn't say anything about not playing Dissidia
