Hacking New CIA's not working on CFW Sysnand

I have a New 3DS XL with Arm9LoaderHax. I had a 9.2 Sysnand and 10.7 Emunand. I followed Plailect's guide to migrate from CFW Emunand to CFW Sysnand. Everything works fine except that if I install a new CIA file it doesn't appear on the main menu? Any ideas on how to solve this?

I've had no problems... Installed legit, rom converted cia, and homebrew cias with no problems... running on a9lh updated sysnand cakes cfw.

Disabled signature checks?

How would I disable signature checks? Shouldn't it automatically?

If you installed Cakes, then no. You have to activate it. You better go for AuReiNand then! Because FIRM patch also has to be applied manually, and if you forget that, you may brick your system!

You must be installing them on Sysnand. And, as u are auto-booting on to emunand, it will show nothing, cause they are on sysnand. Do u have fbi injected on to the emuand itself?

Are the games a different region to your system? AuReiNand has no region patches by default so they wouldn't show on your Home Menu.

Yes I am installing them on Sysnand. You can have hacked Sysnand now. I am autobooting to Sysnand as I have no Emunand.

Your reasoning is kinda flawed. If you're on sysNAND installing something, it won't install to emuNAND, even if you have an emuNAND partition on your (m)SD Card. The only way I can picture that happening is if the NANDs are linked, but that would make the apps show on sysNAND AND emuNAND, not just one or the other.

probably shouldnt matter but id try big blue menu or the legit dev menu

Probably a dumb thing but are you trying to install an Out-of Region Cia?
To my knowledge AuReiNand doesn't have Region Free yet.
