    No, it's just the dumped version of the american ported game. The european version have multi-language and the US version is simply in english. No more different than that.

    Of course they aren't, they just don't want to have any rom links in the forum since their main host is against it. The GBATemp channel, however, have all the liberty to dump and distribute roms.
